Sokoza Consulting and Services has extensive knowledge and experience in working with clients
from the public and private sectors in delivering effective business solutions. We have a dynamic
team of research field workers, project managers, assessors, moderators, facilitators, data capturers,
report writers and registered SDF that produce practical and innovation skills solutions.
We also
offer a range of training and development programmes that is strategically designed to suit the
target group or audience in question. We work in collaboration with various providers and form joint
venture with fully accredited providers across all Seta’s. All interventions are tailor made according
to our client’s specifications.
The majority of our Facilitators and Data Collectors come from
education and training background and have a better understanding and past experience of
education and research in South Africa.
Research
We are a full-fledged Market Research consultancy with Project Managers, Coordinators and data
collectors who have more than 20 years research experience. All our Data collectors have
conducted paper-based interviews, CAPI, CATI and PDA’s.
Training & Development
Sokoza Consulting does training differently. We research skills gaps and from there we then design
and develop all of our training courses in great detail with one aim in mind - to help you take your
Course Participants and your company to the next level. Having this capability in-house allows us to
conduct an in-depth training needs analysis, pinpoint urgent skills gaps and design practical learning
modules which are highly relevant to the South African working environment.
Project Management
Our philosophy regarding managing and executing projects follows an integrated and conclusive
approach where the client is at the centre of the project management team. Before undertaking any
